A sliver spoon is not a boon.

The good is only limited, by shrunken thoughts concerning it.

The ancients valued the good, moderns the goods.

Aging means rewriting what good is, after you find your glasses.

Order is good, freedom better.

Law is good, grace better, love best of all.

The good of only one person is despotism.

The summum bonum lies deep within our happiness with each other — and breakfast.

The good future hides in the DNA of the present.

Good is what we don’t do.
